Food was so so, entertainment nice. Housekeeping, great.
Feel cheated that Bar Harbor was dropped and we sailed at a snails pace to make up the extra day that should have been at a port.

Daughter had a great time with friends but her time at the Disney parks was totally unorganized. She didn't get to use some of the features we had purchased for her (lightning lanes) because they were not planned together as a travel group (we weren't given this option, they were told to buy their own and then didn't get to use them). She also did not get to maximize her time in the parks and had to leave early with her group each day, HOURS before park close. I would not pay this much money for a trip that seemed like it was more for the chaperones than the students. It was her first trip to WDW, and it was not magical.

Hello....Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your student’s recent trip. We are very sorry to hear that the experience did not meet expectations. We truly want every student to have a memorable and positive experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
While the original itinerary had all participants scheduled to stay in the parks until closing, there were multiple days of severe weather during the trip, including thunderstorms and lightning. In these situations, the safety of the students is always the top priority, and group leaders may make real-time decisions — such as departing the parks early — to ensure everyone's well-being.
Regarding Lightning Lane, we only encourage its use if the group’s schedule allows enough flexibility outside of workshops and educational programming. For this particular trip, Lightning Lane purchases were not recommended, as the group had a scheduled workshop that would have limited the benefit of the upgrade.

I am happy to recommend UR Tours for anyone seeking an unforgettable trip with their students. I have been taking my band to Orlando, FL for over a decade and a half, and each year I am more and more impressed by the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion exhibited by the UR Tours team.
From the moment I book my trips, the customer service from Livy is always exemplary. Her and her team are incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and providing valuable insights into the itinerary. Our trips are also meticulously planned -- showcasing all Disney and Universal parks and performances while maintaining a perfect balance of other activities, events, and free time.
Our guides, whether it be Livy or Jeff, are truly incredible. Their extensive knowledge of each destination added so much depth to our experience. Also, their enthusiasm is contagious, as they went above and beyond to ensure everyone had an amazing time. Our hotel accommodations were comfortable and extremely well-located, allowing easy access to explore all the Disney and Universal parks and performances.
My favorite part of our trips is the group dinner that UR Tours sets up for us at Epcot. We got our own private area in France on the balcony. We ate a delicious meal, made life-long memories, and got to watch the fireworks show in a comfortable and secluded location.
Lastly, if you're looking for a travel company that combines exceptional service, knowledgeable guides, and unforgettable experiences, I wholeheartedly recommend UR Tours. I can’t wait to plan my next band trip with them!
