It was very expensive for what it was. Paying over $550 for a bus ride, triple accommodation, and a very brief visit to Dollywood was not good value for money. I wouldn't send my kid on a trip like this again.

UR Tours and Events provided an exceptional experience for our West Fork High School Music trip to Orlando. From the very beginning, Livy did an incredible job planning every detail of our trip and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their pricing was very competitive, but what truly set them apart was the level of customer service we received.
Livy was always available, responsive, and willing to answer any questions we had leading up to the trip, which gave us so much confidence throughout the planning process.
Once we arrived, Nick met us at our hotel and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. He was there every single morning checking in, making sure we had everything we needed, and was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. He also shared insider tips and information that helped make our trip even more fun, efficient, and enjoyable.
I highly recommend UR Tours and Events to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. Their professionalism, organization, and personal touch made this a 10/10 experience for our group. They have absolutely earned our business for life.

I have been taking my band to Orlando, FL for over a decade and a half, and each year I am more and more impressed by the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion exhibited by the UR Tours team.
From the moment I book my trips, the customer service from Livy is always exemplary. Her and her team are incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and providing valuable insights into the itinerary. Our trips are also meticulously planned -- showcasing all Disney and Universal parks and performances while maintaining a perfect balance of other activities, events, and free time.
Our guides, whether it be Livy or Jeff, are truly incredible. Their extensive knowledge of each destination added so much depth to our experience. Also, their enthusiasm is contagious, as they went above and beyond to ensure everyone had an amazing time. Our hotel accommodations were comfortable and extremely well-located, allowing easy access to explore all the Disney and Universal parks and performances.
My favorite part of our trips is the group dinner that UR Tours sets up for us at Epcot. We got our own private area in France on the balcony. We ate a delicious meal, made life-long memories, and got to watch the fireworks show in a comfortable and secluded location.
